UGFM operates with around 45 Presenters that Broadcast programs live to air every day from studios in Alexandra, Kinglake Ranges, Marysville, and Yea.
Our dedicated volunteer presenters come from all walks of life, united by their passion for community radio and serving the Murrindindi region. From early morning breakfast shows to late night music programs, our broadcasters keep the community connected.
Each studio location serves its local community while contributing to the broader UGFM network. The Alexandra studio serves as our primary broadcast facility, while our regional studios in Kinglake, Marysville, and Yea provide local content and emergency coverage for their areas.
Our presenters undergo comprehensive training in broadcasting techniques, emergency procedures, and community engagement. Many have been with us for years, while we continually welcome new voices to our team.
