Since 1994, UGFM has been the voice of the Murrindindi region, broadcasting from studios in Alexandra, Yea, Marysville, and Kinglake. Our dedicated team of over 45 volunteer presenters brings you local news, great music, and community information every day.

In 2010, we became Australia's first Community Radio Emergency Broadcaster, recognized by the Victorian Government for our critical role during the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires, when we provided vital emergency information that helped save lives.
